How do you replace the rear wiper on a ZB wagon?

I have a new wiper to replace the rear blade on my ZB Tourer Wagon. Does anyone know how to replace the wiper blade? The arm itself does not move far enough off the glass to allow the blade to be turned 90 degrees for removal. I have tried removing the arm buy undoing the retaining nut, but the arm is still on tight and I don't want to break anything. Any ideas appreciated.

You seem to just lift it up off the glass and give it a yank, see page 338 in the owner's manual.

It seems sort of similar to the VF.
