Cammed mafless VS Calais 5-speed.
Relieve the fuel pressure and disconnect the lines from the fuel rail. Take off the plenum cover and underneath will be some bolts, undo them and lift the plenum chamber off the manifold, the fuel rail and injectors will come with it. Just pull out the old injector and push the new one in, use some vaseline.

Relieve means the fuel pressure is usually high, you are taking that pressure out to a safe level. This is done by running the car without the fuel pump relay in until it stops, thus relieveing the fuel pressure.
A quick search will show that this has been covered a few ties in much better depth than here.

To relieve fuel pressure, start the car, then pull the relay for the fuel pump which is located in the fuse box in the engine bay. The car will cut out soon after, then go to start it again with the key (it won't start) just to make sure.

i never bother dropping the pressure just to change injectors. i just put a rag down to catch the small amount of fuel that comes out of the rail when the injector is removed. works fine that way on a vn v6, and a v8. cant imagine it would be any different on the ecotec
