He means the Stock V8 SS Rear Mufflers with separate Twin Outlets

Not the V8 Calais Mufflers, they have a single outlet to a Twin Chrome Tip outlet, they are basically similar to the SV6 Mufflers.

With L77's, manuals had twin tips, autos had a 'Y' tip.

Any aftermarket muffler will make it sound raspy and loud. If you don't mind that note, then go for it. The factory twin outlet SS mufflers have a smoother note and won't drone.
