- vn sr1 calais-vt exec wagon-vl 304 a9q?

im new to vl's but ive got one now and i want to try and get some info,its got an a9q prefix after the vin and all i could find out is that was a may 88 dealer pack. but what was that?a tarted up exec,or what. the eng is a vj prefix it has on the tag eng.lv2,trans.m40,axle.gu4,susp.fe2. now we can all find what that means but were all 8's 4wdisk and lsd and what was a high compression motor,and if they were an may 88 pack was there a heap flogged off quick before the vn came last of the run style or was it something else does any one know?
