* LJ 4 door? sounds boring
had a highly modified ex HDT 202 race engine in it (thank you John Shepherd)
triple webers, race exhaust ....plus a 25 gallon tank (2 fillers) 8"and 9"Globe racing mags
looked stock... best of 12.2 at 119 at Calder in '77 or 78 (...more than 220rwhp helped )

Yep, when you add up ALL the cars you have owned you suddenly realise "that's where all the money went" !! I am on 22nd I think not counting the wife's cars before we met.

'79 VB 3.3 Auto (Aug 09 to Jan 16 - longest I have owned any car!), refurbished/restored, used as club car and daily backup
'00 VX Equipe (March '11 - Nov '13) - used as daily
'99 VTII S Supercharged (Bought and sold April '17) - aborted project, very bad eBay buy.
'00 VTII Olympic Pack - refurbished and used as club car/shits and giggles daily.

I didn't list the other brands XYGT, about 5 Nissan's, turbo injected Toyota KE25 running in the 11's, The Hq was 350 with a
B&M supercharger, Sandman had a 100shot Nitrous Kit, 5 or 6 BMW's about 4 or 5 road bikes, the reason i'm broke starts to make sense now that i think off it..........................

Mate, with some legendary cars in your stable (Kingswood, Sandman, Commodore/Calais, GTS) we will forgive the Captiva ! LoL

the Craptiva's so i don't put to many KM's on the GTS

Aside from my list above, I've only had two others before the VB, a UC and an LX and I've owned cars for over 30 years lol.

That's what happens when you keep them for a long time..... VK was from 4/92 to 11/98 and the VS from 11/98 to current.

UC was 6 months, LX & VB a couple of years each and the VE hasn't been one month yet.

No mate....the previous owner ( mate of mine ) had killed the 202 so...
just happened to have a 186 that needed a body...so him and his bro put that in.
