The rubber gaskets on the 304 rocker covers can be reused about 5000 times before they leak :)

Hey guys. Im looking to upgrade the cam in my 5L.

I have no clue as to what a good cam is so what options do i have. What are the pros and cons of different cams.

What else do i need besides a cam.

To answer that question we really need to know what has been done to the engine and what you are expecting from the car. Also, what transmission/stall you are running.

How big/small is the cam? Are the lifters normal or anti-pump up? (Depends on how big your cam is).

How much compression are you running? What manifold? How fast do you want to spin the motor?
