He wants 19990 but I think that is a bit high. What price should I offer ? Red book says they are about 14k. Can I please have some assistance ? I have no purchased a car in a long time and never one this expensive.

Dealers are bloody sharks and I have seen them put up some ridiculous prices and make some ridiculous claims.

Model/specs etc might help..?

An evoke will differ in price greatly from a redline..

they also have to give warranty by law under a certain age and km but you can ask whats there best offer cash no trade or got any auctions close by save about 4-5k than a car yard and some cars can be still under factory warranty

Right of course; sorry, it is a VF series 1 evoke. Doesn't mention anything about being optioned from the standard VF model.

That's pretty expensive with what I paid, though I paid private.

2015 Holden SV6 MY15 - 112,000 kms - $16,000.

Waaay too high for a VF1 evoke. If it’s in good nick and has good service history I’d be starting at 11ish and going no more than 13

If you have cash you should be able to get the price down considerably. If they won't budge go elsewhere.
There is no shortage of Evokes for sale. How many k's has it done?

60-80k according to the thread title. Although I'm not quite sure why it isn't more specific considering the OP has seen the car.
