Well, I think it's a bargain, due to the fact people try to sell a stock exec for round that.

if you were to create something would you work with a painting and add onto it or start from scratch? a nice "clean slate" car thats been looked after ranks higher in my books than somethings thats been tweeked here and there ( heck i prolly have lost some of my resale from adding my exhaust and HU. )

but yeah looks pretty clean, if inspection gets thumbs up, go for it!
