Soooooo
Managed to do this yesterday and not sure what to do...
It's rear passenger side...

I can just leave it as it is...
Repair for $120...
Or replace with new rim for $350...

******* annoying....

Over the last last 15 years I never scrached a wheel and then in last 12 months managed to do it twice...

Any new scratch or mark bothers me anywhere and have a few on my wheels. I’d live with it though, I think you just chase your tail continually getting these type of things fixed.
I definitely wouldn’t buy a new rim for that, maybe if you have no spare and hide this one in the boot. Until the next scratch...

Do you have a full size spare?

Buy new rim and tyre, put the scratched one into the boot as a spare.

Repair it. It's only $120 and it will **** you every time you look at it.

I'm in a similar boat at the moment, but my damage is very minor and it's an aftermarket rim that has a black lip. I'm hoping I can patch it to unnoticable for $20 of paint.
