[VIC] How to adjust brake switch

Hi guys, hoping some one can help me, my brake light only works when I press real hard, someone told me I have adjust my brake switch, I found the but can't work out how to adjust it. Please help

Unplug and unscrew to desired/appropriate setting.

Unplug the power conection or tha white thing

I did this last night (In the dark with a leatherman ).. just replace the whole thing. I got a switch for 8 bucks at super cheap

if u could please talk me through the removal process i'm finding it difficult to do thanks mikky
