Correct. Also, if you have your manual still, inside that is usually a card that has the key code, security code on it.
If you take that to a mister minute, $110, you have a new genuine key coded correctly. Go through the procedure carefully and you are fixed properly.

Really? I am amazed then that I was able to program two new MAP keys without needing at any time to use my old fob.
