how to change spring in a vy s pac

hey guys, i got sum spring i wanna put in my car its front and back.So i need ur help if u could show me how to put them in it would be great

Buy a Gregory's. Or look in the How To section of this forum..

The rear springs are piss easy and will probably take you half an hour. It involves undoing a few bolts and chucking new ones in.

The front ones are complicated though. You need spring compressors and probably a rattle gun. I wouldn't recommend it unless you really know what you're doing..

Yep, what Shounak said.

Also, changing front springs yourself can be bloody dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. There's a lot of energy in a compressed spring. I've seen it go wrong once and it messed this guy's face up pretty bad...

Just keep your face face away from compressed springs?
A little bit of common sense should do the trick?
I havn't done it... What is actually hard about it?
