How to disconnect inhibitor switch on a vz sv6 5 speed auto

my young bloke put a 6 speed manual in his vz sv6 had a 5 speed auto does anyone know what wires need to be joined so it will start

I know the speedo won’t work
Anyone know how to fix that as well
