nope dont think so. maybe pull the E9 out the plug or cut it before bridging it to the other pink maybe its shorted out to something in the loom.have you heard the fuel pump prime yet while youve been messing round

depends how you wired the FP relay as well i think the fuel pump is the only + trigger output of the whole system

you got a check engine light wired up yet it should light up with ignition on if ecu is powering up

no but i have the wire identifyed if there is a way i have one of the smale liights from the headlight

just use a testlight if you have one plug it in the wire for CEL and the other end goes to power

ok some thing is up i have negetive going through e9 and the efi relay was hot so i have disconected it some how - is coming through the relay i think or some where in the line

i no i have cut that wire and e9 now is feed by a4 efi relay fine and the injectors have power i does smell fuely how do i check its got spark oh and the check light can i youes the volt meter to check that
