    Hey guys,
Me and troy are trying to get the gearbox off the motor so we can sorta trial fit it in the tunnel of the sigma....
But is there anything we should do or know before taking the gearbox off?
It sorta doesnt wanna budge, we took off all the big bolts around it and all hoses and what not that was connected and wriggle it around and stuff, its come out about 10mm or so but thats as far as it wants to come out...

have you undone the three torque converter bolts that bolt from the flywheel to the converter? pretty sure they are 17mm

Undo the 3 torque converter bolts and slide the converter towards the back of the car right into the bell housing. There will be about 25mm or so between the two. Make sure you have done this otherwise you are going to get a shower and a half.

Also check you have removed the wiring harness (2 plugs), kickdown cable, dipstick tube and gear selector linkage.
