[VT-VX] How to install VY/VZ Sunglasses holder in VT/VX

I am about to do this today/next few days in a vu. I want to have it up between the sunvisors and have it work the same with the current light which I want to keep in the same working position up the back between the seats.

I have the light which I won on eBay for a massive 99c
It has a 5pin plug on it.
Green, Tan, Blue stripe, Red, Red stripe.
My question is - if I get a loom from the wrecker like I am thinking of doing. If I get the loom from a VY with plug will it wire up direct wire to wire and work?
Or. Is there a certain wire to wire diagram I must follow? Cheers all!

Just did this on a VZ V6 Ute. Great write up and everything worked how it should. One problem with the standard ute is where the light mounts it sits out by about 15 mm, so the next touch up will be getting hold of roof lining with the hump and cut the hump out and fit it into the the existing roof lining and do a recover. I have seen other posts where someone cut 1/2 the lining and fitted and recovered it.
