How to put vx tail lights in vt

Can anyone explain to me exactly how to put the vx tailights into a vt, I put a vx garnsh on my SS and I bought some vx taillights I know this has been done before how do I wire them up to work correctly

Go get 2 of the rear tail light harnesses from the wreckers and splice them into the VT wiring.
