hi all, just picked up a WL gen4 6L stato international.
just wondering if there is a process for disconnecting the battery and re setting the ecu?
have new plugs, leads and 4x oxy sensors to replace.

    thanks phil

it was yesterday, not this morning. i had the battery off for 2hrs, and on the drive home the gearbox (auto) shifts were thumping into each gear.
i have a broken ht wire to replace.

you could try - put the ignition to the ON position (do not start the car) and pull the ecu fuse for 30 sec

if engine light remains then you will need a tech2 (holden) or tuner to pull codes
