How to remove 3rd brake light on VZ wagon?

I was just wondering how you remove the 3rd brake light, i did try to unscrew the two screws in it but the screws are just spinning because they are plastic ****. Any photos on how to do it as well would be good! Thanks.

lol, foiled by "plastic ****" screws.

you'll notice they have a separate outer ring, and the inner screw section. hold the outer ring in place with a small flat screwdriver or the like, while unscrewing the inner section. patience is key, if you try to go too fast, theyll not grab and just keep spinning.

if you manage to only get it to unscrew so far, take some pointy nose pliers or wire cutters, and pull the center section out, its only **** plastic remember.
