How to remove centre muffler pipe from cat pipe (urgent)

I got it off!! quick question, do i need to use gasket glue or anything to put my lukey 2.5' centre muffler onto the cat? or do i just put it on and then tighten the phlange thingy

to get it off i sprayed with wd-4o and then pulled down really hard and it came off

No just bolt it on. Its a flexi joint that is.

thin smear of silastic won't hurt to help seal it before putting it back together (found that crap on quite a few exhaust systems......)
