You remove dust by washing the car.

If you're talking about how to limit how much sticks to your car after said wash, you need to seal and/or wax it. There are also some anti-static products on the market that can help reduce dust cling.

Getting dust on your car is apart of life, it happens to everyone. I wash my car and park it in the garage, next day it has some dust on it, car still looks clean though. If you want to clean every bit of sust off your car then you are going to be there forever. Makes it worse for me because I live on a farm and there are dirt roads everywhere, makes it extremely hard to keep my car clean.

If it were me, I wouldn't cover a car unless it was just washed and going into storage - pulling a cover on and off every day will certainly scratch it - I'd rather the dust.
