How to remove the back seats

    Hey guys
    I wants to install 6x9 in my 1996 vs and I wanted to know

    1. do I have to remove the back trim to fit them in or do i just cut the trim a little bit and slide them in.

    Also

    2.how do i remove the back seats like lift them up etc etc.

    Sorry to be annoying only new to this.

    Back seat lower section first.

    It's trial and error until you learn the "trick", but basically push down as HARD as you can where the passenger's bum would be (only for side passengers, not for middle), and use your body to push the face of the seat (behind where your knees would be) backward toward the boot. There's a hook in there, and you're trying to move the seat down, back, and around the hook.

    You can pry the sides of the seat up a little and get your head under there with a torch to see the hook. There's one on each side.

    Then the rear seat is a simple bolt-out (only two bolts down the bottom), and slide up.
