how to remove vl side panels on the doors

    i want to remove my vl side panels ( the grey things outside of doors ) but they are very hard to get off doesa anyone have any tips cheers

    I asked this before, but basically you get a piece of fishing wire and go crazy behind it, using a sawing motion to get through the adhesive.

    I can't remember if there are plastic studs that clip in, if you're not careful you could saw through them with the wire.

    Also, spray WD40 behind them. It loosens the sticky ****. I know cos when I was cleaning the badge marks on my boot, the WD40 started un-sticking my black boot strip thing that's at the bottom of the boot.

    it's a c*** of a job mate, take your time and make sure you have a an day to do it, but yeah best to use some fishing line, and they crack that easily so be careful

    Also, if / when you get them off, for the love of **** DO NOT DROP THEM!

    As excited you may be, like Calais24/7 said, they are REALLY f'kin easy to crack.
