How to replace Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)

Unclip the plug, remove the 2 screw holding the tps on and remove. There will be a plastic sleeve thing on the end of the butterfly rod, remove that and reverse to install.

That sleeve is the only thing U have to be careful not to loose. Ur new tps may or may not include the sleeve.

Unplug the sensor....undo the 2 phillips screws, whack the new sensor in...connect it and off you go.
