how to reset ve commodore sv6 ecu?

does anyone know how to reset the ecu? disconnect the battery pump the brake or something? i heard you can disconnect fuse and it will do the job

umm.. i am not too sure on this one. i know on other makes simply disconnect the battery for 30 minutes or so and that should do the trick but not sure with the ve's

i know disconecting the battery for 2 mins resets fault warnings, not sure if it resets the ecu, i surpose so

yeah, i reckon phil must be right. disconnecting the battery will ( Should ) reset the ecu just the same as it did on older commodores. The longer you leave the battery disconnected for the more likely it is to work.
On a VS it also helps to try starting it while the battery is disconnected as it seems to drain any residual power.

Is it possable to reset the km's on the clock of VE SV6 holden 2006. ?

Yes, a few steps involved tho.

1. Tune the radio to 88.0 FM
2. With the key in and turned to acc put the interior light on
3. Pump the brake 4 and a half times
4. Turn the interior light off and at the same time open the glove box and the passenger side door
5. Take the hand brake off and put it in reverse
6. Now tune the radio to 107.6Fm
7. Pop the fuel cap while rubbing your nipples slowly
8. Now turn your car on and it will reset to 0

Easy as that!
