Remove inner door handle and winder.
Remove door trim.
Peel plastic down to access inner door.
Take pics of inner door handle mechanism.
Inside door where handle is, and you will see 2 nuts and a rod with clip which have to be removed then the outer handle will come off.
Door actuator may also have to be unclipped. Too long ago since I did this.
Fitting is the reverse.

Buy a book.

I did my door handles inside and out.
The outers were a bit of a bugger.

What book ?
In the auto parts shop or online there are Service Manuals which give you a run down with pictures of how to do this and most other stuff.

Personally I found it a bugger trying to get the angles right to get the handles in while having my hands bent backwards inside the door.
"Hard" ? Depends how good you are and what tools you have.

I did not find it hard but I have been working on my own cars since 1965 and I have the tools which, in this case basically all you need is a pair of pliers, or strong fingers to undo the clip on the door rod, and a set of small sockets around 8mm for memory..
The outer handles are attached to the door via nuts INSIDE the door.
See my how to above.
