    HI,

I have a VT series 1 waggon however the last owner changed the motor so what I want to know is how to tell if it is from a series 1 or 2?

    Thanks

If it's a v6, It could be vs to vy motor.

Engine number is probably the way to work it out.

Engine number on dipstick may be from old motor, so i'd look under the coils and get the stamped engine number.

I'll go find the engine number tomorrow.
but this leads me to the next question once I have the number how do I decode it?
