How to: wire in dash switch for thermo fans

I know this has been a highly discussed topic over the years and I’ve searched a lot of places to try and find a correct answer: I’m wanting to wire in a switch inside my cab for my thermo fans to run them constant for my burnout car. Has anyone had any success doing so in their vz’s? If you could please drop the info below would be sweet cheers blokes
