Click the scales at the top right of each post, well for the one you want to give rep for (like this one ) Then choose Positive or negative (dont choose negative on this one ) and then your reason (Caus Tom is awesome)

Oh I think you have to be a member for 3 months before you can give rep, same with posting in the trading post.
