Hey,

Just brought myself a set of 4-pot AP Racing brakes for my S1 SS-V and was wondering if the brake lines need to be changed or can I re-use the SS-V ones?

Also, was there any differences between E1, E2 and E3 4-pot brakes? I believe my ones are from a E2 but is anyone able to visually confirm?

Cheers.

Was the caliper brackets and all that the same? Is the only thing I need to change is the brake lines to suit the E2 calipers?

bolt straight up, no extra brackets, they bolt in place using same holes as stock VE SS brakes, as the rears are the same lines no problems just the fronts, I have seen couple of pics on here somewhere showing the difference

Cheers for the info! Just brought braided lines all round so that solves that issue :)

Will your wheels fit with the new brakes??

Yep, trial fitted my rims on a mate's Maloo on the weekend and they JUST clear. Fingers crossed a stone doesn't flick up and get caught between rim and caliper though, cos it's tight
