I bought a Gen-F R8 Bimodal cat-back exhaust on ebay the other day and have to pick it up this week. I am just trying to figure out if it will fit in my wagon. Does anyone know if the mufflers detach or if there are any joins in it? The photos I've see don't show any flanges but there does appear to be some kind of clamp on each side about a foot before the mufflers. Does anyone know if the mufflers detach at this point?

I found this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAS-wPRH6Bg

At the 3:05 mark they pull the mufflers off. It look like the same clamps as in the picture above. Assuming the GTS has the same exhaust as the R8 (??) it looks like they must detach.

Yes mate that's the join, ball join, but no issue adapting to your flange.

So you just undo the clamp and the ball joint separates?

Yeah I watched the video, just wanted to make sure there wasn't some high tech glue or crimping or something that would stop them coming apart easily. All looks good to me.

Thanks for your help guys.
