Hi,
Does any of you have a eeprom dump of the High Range ( E2 ) control unit ( VDO Blackbox??
I have an 1. gen Blackbox ( low range ) and have copied the eeprom data from it - my task would be to try reprogram it and put a set of High range gauges on to see if this would work....but need a copy of the eeprom data from the newer Blackbox.
Eeprom is a ST95320 and is located right beside the yellow connector.

Regards Kasper

Hi 07GTS,
Thanks for the info - I'll try and give them a call. The program itself to program these units costs a staggering 3000 US$ made by Siemens for there CANcockpit series ( same as used in Commodore VE HSV cars ).
But the eeprom shuld be able to read - HSV cannot lock that ;o)

Hmm, easyer said that done - no one in Denmark can program these VDO CANcockpit units ;o(.
If anyone did have a copy of the Eeprom I'd love to have a copy of it ;o))
