Hub adaptors yes or no?

Hi,i have just got some VZ SV8 rims for my VQ and have got some hub adaptors for the rear but i dont know if i should use them or to put on VR/VS trailing arms.What do you all think i should do?

hey man jus do what i did and buy a set of spacer and a full set of longer wheel studs
