Hub to guard height on a vr with 17s help

Hey guys I'm looking at lowering my vr at the present it sits at 37cm from the guard to hub, what height does that work out to be, it has sagged bait I think, the old owner recons it's got fe2 suspension but I doubt it, hence why I need some help I'm putting vt ultra lows I think they are, as the sat 15s right in the guard with about 5cm or so of tyre showing
