    Yea I'm not having much interest as I thought in the bonnet, I have it listed on trade me ( nz's version of eBay) its all one piece of fibreglass. Got it down for 5spot (350 aus) don't know if that cheap or expensive.

    hmm i think you can get them brand new primed in fibreglass for 500-600 on ebay excl postage or theres a place near me that does em for $525 or 1200 for steel.

    just painted my peeling chrome rims. turned out quite well I think, It took me a while to do and I handnt worked my hands that hard since the last time I was single lol

    my new orange bonnet, will get bonnet painted as soon as I can and will try and get the strip in it re-chromed

    Starting to look better bro. Do us all a favour tho yeah? Get a standard Holden grill, pull out the chev one, throw it on the ground and proceed to stomp the s**t out of it until it is no more resemblance of a Chev badge. That is all lol

    If I was to replace the grill does any one know which model has a grill with a chrome strip on each side of the badge like my chev one has

    None I don't think bro. The chev bowtie was the reason y it had the two stripes in there. Flows with the badge if u know what I mean

    There's no such thing as a series 2 VZ. All VZ Calais are the same. VY had some differences between S1 and S2, but all those parts are useless to the OP because he would have to change his headlights and bonnet for them to fit.

    thinkin of painting the lower section of the rear bumper black, unsure if ill leave the reflectors as they are or just paint over them, we dont have a requirement to have them on like over there in Oz so its not a problem
    please excuse the shoddy paint pic its just to give you an idea what im thinking

    thoughts?

    the decal VZ sries is gone, its just an ol pic

    Any one know what led's are needed to replace the green interior ones? What type and how many etc.

    Any help will be much appreciated

    Which ones are u talking about bro? Like the footwell lights or the lights behind the window switches and stuff?

    Yea the switches and stuff and the ones behind the lcds, I guess there would be abit of soldering involved too

    just got my bonnet back now it looks cleaner, got to find a new chrome bit coz the other one was cracked
