dont get it
what was everything looking like before you replaced so many things

was the humming there before

are the tyres you have now or before known for road noise

all mounts ok

anything like the power steering pump or worn rack under turning load

check fluid level of power steering it should always be on the COLD line :) also have a look at the colour of it,might need to be bleed/flushed depends on signs, whats the brake pads like ?

might have a frozen caliper on one side.or brake binding going on.or even a backing plate scrubbing out.

if your turning left then it pre-loaded's onto the right for the bearings.is it a high pitch hum or low pitch hum.any other signs or symptoms.

Its a low pitch hum but gets louder as your speed increases so i think it could be something with the break caliper or pads

well I dont get it

you have replaced all on that side I would have replaced ..

and it is not road tyre noise

its got to be a rolling type of problem for a hum

for a hum something has to be vibrating

exhaust manifold crack or zorst leak ?
maybe a collapsed cat

less likely... but hey may as well
check for sticking caliper slides for free movement on that side
the backing plate for vibration

way out there
the plastic inserts in the mudguard for something in behind loose or missing clips
and if it has the motorised antenna on that side-- check the mount there
