Had a mate just call me, his missus's Hyundai Sprite has broken down and they are stuck. They rang me wanting to know the location of the fuel filter on the Sprite, but i've no idea where it would be unless I could see the car for myself. So does anyone here know where they might find it? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thankyou.

I only wrote in what they told me it was. I don't take notice of the names of pieces of **** cars like a Hyundai. I wouldn't know what they're called.

If it's an Excel Sprint, the fuel filter a metal canister on the firewall behind the intake manifold, on the passengers side from memory.

    Have fun changing it.

Just be careful undoing the bottom conection of the filter as it tends to twist the fuel line . You need to use 2 spanners , one on the filter and one on the fuel line .
