Small update - the yellow paint is being ordered this week, Seats have been moved from the original spot to improve driving position. Bonnet is very sus as it's been clobbered a few times and may get replaced. All going well it shoud see the first bits of colour in the last week of the holidays when I spend 3 days in Pirie.

Made good progress today - right side of the car is fully prepped for paint. 2 days spend doing the small body repairs that stand out after sanding. The inside of the doors are also ready for paint. Tomorrow we fit the front screen so the lugs can be put in for the chrome strips. We may get to do some more prep work on the left side but onlyu have half a day left before returning to Adelaide.

Also picked up the new mags and tyres today - retro 70 jellybean style with 205 15 light truck tyres (it is a work ute towing a 4 wheel trailer)

very pleasing effort today - hands hurt like hell lol and no finger prints left haha.

Inside doors got some 2pac devil yellow. Small area in the middle of the passenger door that needs a little more body work. All the door - front gaurd - Sil are at the same level both sides. 3 coats of high build under coat on all panels - rub'd back to fill repair marks.

Next trip it's finish door work, rub back with 600 all over the out side and paint. So 2 more days work and the HZ will have paint.

And need to find a good HZ bonnet. (not the 1 tonner type)
