As I said - interpremetations.Yes, different parts, both cosmetic and mechanical, are fitted to different ”trim levels” but they are certified against a specific model variant which is the terminology that's presented to the regulator in the manufacturers documents (as explained to me by DOTARS).
I've got stock brakes & diff on my aftermarket-turbo project car, because the car is "fitted with the same brakes & differential as the V6 version". Which it is, they were all the same regardless of engine. Different trim-level. Interpremetation.
