it will just pop up, oh yeh... btw you need to pull this one up to get to the 3 screws that hold the console to the radio surround...

use my tactic lol.... when i had to get to my ecu to get numbers for delco i pulled nearly ripped everything out of the front passenger area just to get to it lol, found out later i just needed to remove one thing and it woulda been staring at me in the face. So what should have been a 5 minute job took 2 hours lol.

anyways lol to get to the centre area as listed above their are 3 screws hiding behind the panel just above the gear selector, then it should come out nicely:thumbsup:
