Doing Euro Holiday atm and renting some small turds...

Golf TDI was bearable by SuZuki Splash is barely quicker than walking...

God I miss my SS !!!

I managed to find something enjoyable in our rentals over there, a year ago ... really liked the Golf’s radar-cruise & interior quality, really liked the comfort & ease of driving the diesel Jag XE had (as well as the fact it made the VF’s interior seem up-to-date by comparison :).

Hmmm, actually the (still current model) Astra wagon had few redeeming features.

But it is good to come home!

How times have changed. At one stage there, it seemed you were ready to push your SS off a cliff. Your obviously still happy with your rebuilt engine.

Replaced engine :)
Pretty happy. Sounds better and goes harder. I assume the compression on the old engine was garbage

know how u feel... ive been doing mods to mine and rebuilding engine and its been up on stands coming up to year and half now and im hanging to get it going, think ill have to relearn how to change gears again and wear in my clutch leg...

Ah yes I know that feeling. People say Holden's were junk but getting back in your Holden after driving almost anything else be like "Ah this is the life!"
