I think im going ot lose my license - what can i do?

    hey, ive been caught turning right out of my local mcdonalds where there is a no right turn sign twice now, which they have givin me 5 demerit points in total, now i was reading that i only have 5 demerit points, is this true?

    I think this is total bulls*it if i dont turn right i have to travel a whole lot furher to get home, i can barly afford petrol as it is atm with school and everything...its not like i was speeding or being a "hoon" i think this is unfair...is there aything i can do?

    You knowingly broke the law, twice. Since you have been caught previously you have no chance getting off since, 1)Having been done for it before you KNOW you can do it and 2) Having been caught before you have basically said stuff the law ill do what I want and have shown you haven't learnt.
    If I were you I would buy a bus ticket now.

    if you don't have money for petrol then why are you going to Mc Donalds? it would be cheaper to eat at home then you would have more money for petrol! it tastes like cardboard anyway! do you only get 5 points? i have 12 being a full licence. i presume you are on P plates?

    Don't know the story in victoria but in QLD if you loose 5 points you get either probationary or loose your licence. You can contest but you wont win and might piss off the magestrate.

    Is there no other way home? you can't turn before? You could try to get it changed by council and then get the fine over turned but doubt you'd get that.

    I say cop it on the chin.

    BTW I hope this gets locked before minux is all over you.

    People always f***** whinge when they get caught. Pleading poverty is another bulls*** excuse. If you haven't got it don't spend it. Maybe if you didn't cop fines for breaking the law you would have more petrol money to go around the block. And you should bloody walk to Maccas anyway, burn off all that crap you put into your body.
