Can anyone show me where to locate and how to clean my IAC?

It is on the throttle body which is where the accelerator cable is connected to. To clean, disconnect the wiring, undo the 2 Torx screws, pull it out and give it a good spray with throttle body cleaner or carby cleaner. They come in spray cans.
While you're at it, you might as well clean the throttle body.

don't know if VS throttle body is the same as on my VP/VR but treat the screw mounts for fittings, including IAC, carefully because it is not uncommon for them to seize up and then break through the threads. Maybe a hit of penetrating oil a while before undoing the screw mounts?

Thanks for the picture, finally got on my pc, you said most likely my IAC needs a clean, however the TPS was removed.in an attempt to remove my TB, could i have put the adapter between TPS and TB in incorrectly? And could that be the fault of my poor idle and low revs in D and R? Cheers

The O ring is very important, this could be another reason for your problem.
