IAT ( code 23) sensor. diagnosing with Multimeter VTseriesII V6

using an MM ( set to dc) to diagnose suspected faulty IAT and wiring. This IAT is a four pin connector
and the wiring ( not the IAT sensor) returns the following values . Engine is cold sitting overnight, electrics are switched on to pre ignition ( engine not running)
11.57 pin 1
p.50 pin 2
11.57 pin 3
0.49 pin 4
all the notes or how to's around seem to assume a 2 wire IAT & connector so not sure how to assess these readings.
Am guessing the wiring is OK but any suggestions/observations?

In one of your other threads I believe someone posted various PDF's, one should cover the readings for the IAT sensor.
