I don't get why you need a turbo timer ?...does your blower run an oil line from the engine or something ?....Even then it's not really going to caramelize the oil inside the bearings...as a turbo would if suddenly turned off when hot.

LOL, i think youve asked this before. The timer is to let the blower cool down at idle. As you know these blowers get pretty hot and the flourine resin coating is very weak. A $100 timer is just extra reasurance that my blower wont crap itself.

No, They run an internal sump i believe

yes internally with the drive gears behind the rotors.
