    Hey,
i got my vn theother day, and realised speakers in the front were only 4or5 inches, and werent even in the doors. And im pretty sure the rears are 6inches. I am wondering what you guys have done for a good speaker system, i was thinking trying to fit 6x9's in the rears, and probably cutting the holes in my doors and using pods so i can have 6"splits in the front. Dont think I want smaller speakers in the front, and by stock there in a bad position too..

    What have you guys/girls done?

get some door pods off a wrecked vr/vs but splits in the doors and tweeters where your 4's were.

neg they dont. you need risers and a little bit of "modification" to make them fit. Easier just to get 6" in teh back and a sub later on.

You can get nice 4" splits or normal 4 inches in the dash, I run Soundstream Tarantula's in the front and they're pretty good and relatively cheap compared to 6" range.

Then shove 6 inch splits in your doors in the VR/VS pods. 6x9's if you dont have a sub on the back parcel shelf and 6" speakers if you are going to get subs :)

Do i have enuf power to run, 4" in the front, 6" splits in the doors, and 6" speakers in the back without running my speakers on an amp? The deck my spekaers will be hooked up to is a Pioneer 6850.
