Can anyone tell me why my VT ecotech won't idle,it does not always do it but when it does its on the verge of stall and does stall sometimes. can drive 3oo km before it does it some days it does it after 5 minutes driving.Iv had holden tell me there are no falt codes vac tested it, its had all plugs leads ect changed.It runs great and fuel consuption is GOOD.Has anyone had the same prob.

Mine used to be a little funny some days... never actually stalled... but she was getting a little cranky.

As already mentioned... check the IAC valve as it could be full of **** or completely faulty. Also cleaning out the throttle helped my car HEAPS. Actually uses less petrol when idling compared to previously.

you could maybe check the exhaust return hose, little tiny hose at back of engine - if this has come off or is damaged can cause rough idling but otherwise might seem to drive good
