This forum seems to have a lot of odd threads, so it's time I added my bit to it. You have the opportunity to go back in time to some period of your lifespan for a whole week. There are two conditions. 1. You go back at your present age while everyone else is the age they were at that time, 2. It will cost you one year off the end of your life if you accept the chance to do it. Would you take the opportunity?
what happens if you go back in time to change something but your going to die within a year anyway, would you just show up as a dead body in the past???
Ofcourse!!! I would choose the week I want with the biggest lotto prize along with race results for horses and sports then go back and put all my money on that ****, then be rich!!! BOHAHAHA I WIN.
lol, i know but i had to say it. nah i dont recon i would do it, no regrets just tough lessons learnt.
I know to some this will sound stupid but.. I would go back and try to be a better person, to god , my wife and kids!
The idea is probably more likely to appeal to an older person. If your'e only in your twenties, your early years are not so long ago and you can recall many of them. I was born in 1952 and lived in Manly during the 50's. Manly today is vastly different to what it was when I was very young and I can't rlemember any of it. I'd live to revisit it back then, knowing what I do today. Nothing but 48/215's, old yank tanks from pre war, Austing bloody A40's (yuck). Petrol at 6 pence per gallon (I think).. I liked what someone said, about only giving up a year of living in a nursing home and having someone clean your crappy backside for you - that's just what life can be like at the end for many, so why wouldn't you want to give that up?
