First depressurise fuel system by removing fuel pump fuse and crank/start motor for 30 secs. Disconnect bateery negative terminal unplug injector looms from injectors Remove fuel line hose from ends of the rail. unbolt the 4 bolts holding rail down. Rail should now be able to be removed. Some wiggling may be necessary as they can be stuck sometimes removing retaining clips holding injectors to rail and remove injectors. Renew orings 14mm and filters pintles or whatever your doing Spray a little crc on orings and reinstall. installation is basically reverse of removal process
1. Depressurise fuel system - remove fuel pump fuse and start car until it stalls. Crank it two or three times more after its stalled to ensure there's no pressure in the fuel lines - IMPORTANT 2. Remove fuel pressure regulator - disconnect vacumm hose, fuel line and un-bolt regulator from fuel rail. May have to replace rubber O-ring on regulator if damaged. Pulls up out of the fuel rail. 3. Remove fuel line to the fuel rail. (right side of rail looking from the front of the car). Use two spanners to unbolt this. VERY IMPORTANT. Not doing this can damage the fuel rail. Use one spanner to support the rail and the other to remove the fuel line connection. 4. Remove electrical connections to fuel injectors. Use a flat head screwdriver to carefully remove the clip holding the connections in. Be careful not to loose them. 5. Remove ignition lead support brackets from rail. May also have to remove the two vacumm lines running to the throttle body because they can get in the way. 6. Unbolt the fuel rail from the engine and carefully remove it from the engine. Injectors should come with the fuel rail, if not just carefully pull the injectors that remain from their housings. 7. Replace O-rings on injectors and just follow the same procedure in the reverse order. Hope that helps
