Hi New to this forum, just wondering whether it's possible to install a second anchorage point for a second child car restraint seat? As the Mrs is expecting our 2nd son in early September this year. Or is there a place in Sydney where they install this professionally? As i own a 95 VS Commodore Sedan, it only has one anchorage point in the middle and my 1st son is using it for his booster seat. There are no other holes (not even covered in plastic cap where you can manually install one yourself) Thanks in advanced
i was working on the work car today(VS commodore, unsure of year) and there were 3 anchor bolt holes im pretty sure. center one and one on each side. thought i dont think theres any holes in the parcel shelf for them to come through.
Thats right! - my 97 VS actually has 3 plastic plugs for the 3 mounting points. On a side issue, the shoulder mount for the front seat belts also has 3 different positions for short or long people - its hidden behind the trim.
agreed, my VS has 3 anchor points for child seats in the rear. mayby you need to check under the parcel shelf, or better yet, have a look at the bottom through the boot to see
